DCP synthesis on a commercial scale has historically been an operational nightmare with significantly high costs and low probability of quality material produced. It is no wonder that others have tried and failed. 

 

At PNEUZENE, we've cracked the process code to synthesize DCP in commercial quantities at consistently high conversions with superior product quality and performance. We haven't stopped there. We are entering a new phase to start functionalizing the DCP backbone to produce a high performance elastomer and flame retardant foam for use in industrial, aerospace, military and other chemically and mechanically intensive applications.
